🫣. Those low star ⭐ or bad reviews ❌. Are they really that bad? We say "no"! At Stoned Hilda we embrace the good and the bad. We learn and we grow.


After we read this review sure, we were a little sad that one of our customers was unhappy. It's not something you want to read right!Β

we quickly put an action plan to work by going through our product descriptions and making them a little easier to read sizing. We also made it easier to jump on to our Live Chat πŸ—¨οΈ 8amΒ - 8pm daily, where you can request a picture πŸ“Έ or video of an item in real time, usually within minutes ⏰ so you can make a more informed decision whilst browsing on our store.



On a positive note; The customer was kind enough to take a moment to write a review πŸ₯° & point out her positive experience with shopping on our store ❀️

So, do we like getting low star reviews?

No business does right! But we don't live in a perfect world and our customers opinions matter to us ... so, we listen πŸ₯°

In conclusion, I hope our little blog about reviews has opened some minds a little. Perhaps a better understanding of why ALL reviews are good for business. Good, mutual or even bad ❌
